    So many wonderful pictures and updates are being shared here, this community of food waste warriors is amazing! I had some lingering vegetables, cheese, and half-and-half cream in my fridge before going grocery shopping, so I turned them into a crustless quiche for brunch!

    It's the start of our fourth food waste tracking period! As you track your food waste again, how are you being a food waste warrior? I had half an onion, some soft tomatoes, and lots of extra cilantro in the fridge. Rather than throwing them into the trash, I threw them together into this salsa!
