Eat Before Shopping

learning a lot about portion control since it's just me and husband in house. Learning to cook for two. I shop more often, checking bins.

doing the best I can to record daily. I am really watching out for food waste. We eat a lot more leftovers, and I shop more often to avoid food piling up in the fridge.
