    Did have an onion start to go bad this week. We cut off the good part and composted the "spoilage." Obviously we need to eat more onion!!

    I usually eat an apple before I shop because it's easy to carry, healthy and really hits the appetite reset button!

    Even though I wasted a bunch of food today (🙁), at least it'll be fed to my worms! The turmeric and ginger just didn't keep! I think I had humidity set too high.  Fixing that!
