    I wanted to thank and welcome everyone who has joined today! It's amazing to see our campus come together for a challenge that ultimately benefits the environment. Did you know that reducing waste is the third most important solution to climate change? (Drawdown:The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming, 2017).

    Just finished watching the Dumpster Diving Across America with Rob Greenfield on Youtube! Yikes!!!! Incredibly eye opening to see how much food we waste!!!
