Dinora Pereyra 8/05/2020 8:34 AMwith the current stay at home situation. Food/preparation/purchasing is a vital part of the day. We are more focused on our choices and keep waste to the extreme minimal... great lessons learned from participating in this challenge...

Dinora Pereyra 2/08/2020 10:08 AMI am annoyed with myself, felt wasteful. I had to throw away rice I cooked on the stovetop instead of using the rice cooker. did not cook as well as planned.. was hard in some spots and mushy at the bottom... I got lazy and did not to pull out the rice cooker...
