    Okay today we had a little more than normal waste only because my son went through the cabinet and pulled something out we rarely use and I said wait a minute let me see that jar, and sure enough the dry good went bad so it was a bit on the heavy side...oh well stuff happens.

    I definitely go to the grocery store and try to buy enough where I can make it and eat it all within the week. Saves me money and food from spoiling. Also helps to keep my fridge less packed and more clean!

    I have extra snacks at the house that my boyfriend and I can't eat fast enough so I take them to my brothers house where they have more ppl in the home to eat them.

    When I make dinner, I make extras to make sure I can take it to work the next day for lunch. It prevents food waste, and helps to portion my food. Definitely try to cook based on what is nearing going bad lol.

    I hadn't posted since we had The Long weekend and I have been working late so not much has been on the waste pile which is a good thing.

    this has  been a long wasteful week, we took turns with the colds n flu.  I stop caring about sorting out.... Threw away all leftovers...my eyes just  saw GERMS..

    One thing i have really enjoyed with this challenge is sharing food tips with others. These are all people who already do a really good job of not wasting food, but there is always something to learn :)

    Salad, tomatoes, avocado and lime with a popcorn as side.  Water for drinks
