    Today was a bad day for waste - I made too much chicken 2 weeks ago and couldn’t finish it, so I had to throw some away. I will start cooking smaller quantities!

    Unfortunately, my food waste was much higher than yesterday. I mealprepped  today and had a ton of food scraps. I really want to get into composting but I don’t know where to start and whether my roommates will be ok with it.

    I didn’t technically waste any edible food today! Only food scraps needed to be recorded :)
