    Going well...cooking a lot and trying new recipes. Lots of 'refuse' with artichokes my favorite spring vegetable

    Just some salad peelings today...been ordering out and taking home a lot of leftovers that I actually eat.

    Out with the grapefruit that wasn't ripe...even though I let it sit for a month.

    Eating a lot more vegetables / fruits has created more waste but I am also learning that some peels are very edible. Unfortunately I picked a grapefruit that had dropped off my tree and it was not ripe/sweet at all so I had to toss.
